Notations (projected), 2007, 253 Drawings on transparencies organized in folders by cited texts, 1 filebox, 1 overhead projector, 1 power transformer, white gloves - Dimensions Variable Part of "Übergangsräume - Potential Spaces" Württembergischer Kunstverein Stuttgart, Germany Visitors are able to view the drawings by removing a folder and placing the transparencies on the overhead projector.  Drawings include notations on texts about social control technologies in educational systems (how to leverage a child’s shame to establish social order in a 1816 schoolhouse in England), architecture of the slaughterhouse and animal behavior, the anxiety of freedom (a.k.a. madness), the rights afforded to unwitting manslayers that flee avengers of blood (from the Talmud), German Romanticism, censorship, ….  Cited text by Pestalozzi, Huber, Holler, Loos, Bataille, Levinas, Bentham, Derrida, Winnicot and others.
